Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated DG442DJ is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST), normally open analog switch. This component offers an on-state resistance of 85 Ohms maximum and low leakage current of 500 pA maximum. Designed for applications requiring precise signal routing, it features excellent channel-to-channel matching with a maximum Delta Ron of 4 Ohms. The DG442DJ supports single supply operation from 10V to 30V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. With a charge injection of 5 pC and crosstalk of -100 dB at 1 MHz, it is suitable for use in telecommunications, industrial control, and data acquisition systems. The device is provided in a 16-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole package and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Switching times are a maximum of 250 ns for turn-on and 170 ns for turn-off.
