Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated DG412DY-T is a high-performance quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each of the four circuits offers a low on-resistance of 45 Ohm maximum, with excellent channel-to-channel matching of 3 Ohm maximum. Designed for demanding applications, this device features a fast switching time of 175ns (on) and 145ns (off), with minimal charge injection of 5pC. The DG412DY-T supports dual supply voltages from ±4.5V to ±20V or single supply from 10V to 30V. With a leakage current of 250pA maximum and channel capacitance of 9pF, it is suitable for use in industrial automation, medical equipment, and communications systems. The component is supplied in a 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount package on tape and reel.
