Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated DG405CY is a dual, single-pole, double-throw (DPST) analog switch. Each of the two independent switches offers a low on-state resistance of 45 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 500 mOhms. Designed for 2:1 multiplexer applications, this device operates with single supply voltages ranging from 10V to 30V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. The DG405CY features a high off-state resistance, with leakage current (IS(off)) at a maximum of 500 pA. Switching times are specified at 150 ns (on) and 100 ns (off).
