The Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated DG305ACJ is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. This component features a low on-state resistance of 50 Ohms maximum, with typical channel capacitance of 14pF for both on and off states.
