The ams-OSRAM USA INC. MULTILED® series LRTBGVTG-V-1-A7-6-T-5-20-L-XX is a diffused, surface-mount RGB LED with independent control for each color emitter. This 6-PLCC package component features a wavelength spectrum of 625nm (Red), 528nm (Green), and 470nm (Blue) with peak emissions at 632nm, 523nm, and 465nm respectively. Forward voltage characteristics are typically 2.05V for Red and 3.2V for both Green and Blue at a test current of 20mA for each.
