The ams-OSRAM USA INC. MULTILED® LRTBGVTG-U5U9-1-A5A9-37-S9T5-68-20-L-ZB is a diffused, RGB LED designed for discrete indication applications. This 6-PLCC, 6-SMD, J-Lead surface mount component offers independent control over red, green, and blue emitters. At a test current of 20mA, it provides luminous intensity of 750mcd for red (625nm dominant wavelength, 632nm peak), 1875mcd for green (528nm dominant wavelength, 523nm peak), and 375mcd for blue (470nm dominant wavelength, 465nm peak). The forward voltage is 2.05V for red and 3.2V for green and blue. Dimensions are 3.30mm L x 3.00mm W with a maximum height of 2.00mm.
