The ams-OSRAM USA INC. DISPLIX® Black series LRTBGRUG-TUTX-1-UZVV-68-RTRW-67-20-L-ZO is an RGB multi-LED in a 6-SMD, Flat Leads package. This discrete LED features independent Red, Green, and Blue emitters with dominant wavelengths of 625nm (Red), 528nm (Green), and 470nm (Blue), and peak wavelengths of 632nm (Red), 523nm (Green), and 465nm (Blue). The forward voltage is specified at 2.05V for Red, and 3.2V for Green and Blue at a test current of 20mA for each color. With a diffused, rectangular lens measuring 3.88mm x 3.32mm and a total dimension of 4.50mm L x 4.10mm W, this component offers a wide 120° viewing angle.
