The ams-OSRAM USA INC. MULTILED® Black Surface LRTB-G6TG-TV-1-VV7-36-ST7-69 is a diffused RGB LED designed for surface mount applications. This component features independent control of Red (625nm dominant, 632nm peak), Green (528nm dominant, 523nm peak), and Blue (470nm dominant, 465nm peak) emitters. Each color has a typical forward voltage of 2.1V for Red and 3.2V for Green and Blue, with a test current of 20mA for all. The LED offers a luminous intensity of 590mcd Red, 1055mcd Green, and 370mcd Blue at the specified test current. Housed in a 6-SMD, J-Lead package (6-PLCC) with dimensions of 3.30mm L x 3.00mm W and a maximum height of 2.00mm, it provides a wide 120° viewing angle.
