ams-OSRAM USA INC. LuxiGen™ LZ4 series LZ4-04MDC9-0000 is a surface-mount RGBW LED package designed for advanced lighting applications. This 2828 (7070 Metric) package integrates distinct Red, Green, Blue, and Cool White (6500K) emitters, each with specific peak wavelengths of 624nm, 525nm, and 457nm for the color channels. It supports a maximum forward current of 1A per channel and a test current of 700mA, delivering typical luminous flux of 62lm (Red), 133lm (Green), 24lm (Blue), and 183lm (White) at 25°C. Forward voltage characteristics are approximately 2.5V for Red, and 3.6V for Green, Blue, and White. The component features a broad 110° viewing angle and is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
