Designed for surface mounting with a compact footprint of 5.75mm x 4.68mm and a seated height of 1.38mm, it is supplied on tape and reel. Typical forward voltages are 2.35V (Red), 3.6V (Green), and 3V (Blue/White). Maximum drive currents are 2.5A for Red and 3A for Green, Blue, and White. Luminaire efficiency is rated at 49 lm/W for Red and 74 lm/W for Green at a test current of 1A.
