The ams-OSRAM USA INC. AS1752S-T-Z is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) normally closed analog switch. This device features a low on-resistance of 900mOhm maximum and excellent channel-to-channel matching of 30mOhm. Designed for single supply operation from 1.6V to 3.6V, it offers fast switching times of 22ns (on) and 14ns (off).
