The AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC CG series XCZU7CG-2FFVF1517E is a System on Chip (SoC) integrating heterogeneous processing capabilities. This device features a dual ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ cluster and a dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 processor subsystem, both equipped with CoreSight™ for enhanced debug and trace. The embedded FPGA fabric offers over 504K logic cells, enabling extensive hardware acceleration and customization. Operating at speeds up to 1.3GHz for the application processors and 533MHz for the real-time processors, this device supports a wide range of connectivity options including CANbus, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG. Peripherals such as DMA and WDT are also included. With 256KB of RAM and a 1517-FCBGA (40x40) package, the XCZU7CG-2FFVF1517E is suitable for demanding applications in automotive, industrial, aerospace, and defense sectors. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 100°C (TJ).
