AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC CG XCZU4CG-L2SFVC784E is a heterogeneous System-on-Chip (SoC) featuring dual ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ processors with CoreSight™ and dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 processors with CoreSight™. This device integrates a Zynq® UltraScale+™ FPGA fabric with over 192,000 logic cells, capable of operating at speeds up to 500MHz for the Cortex-A53 cores and 1.2GHz for the FPGA. The SoC includes peripherals such as DMA and WDT, and offers extensive connectivity options including CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG. It has 256KB of RAM and is packaged in a 784-FCBGA (23x23) footprint, operating within a junction temperature range of 0°C to 100°C.
