The AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC CG XCZU4CG-1FBVB900E is a powerful System on Chip (SoC) integrating a heterogeneous processing system with a programmable logic fabric. This device features dual ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ processors with CoreSight™ and dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 processors with CoreSight™, operating at speeds up to 1.2GHz and 500MHz respectively. The FPGA fabric offers over 192,000 logic cells, providing extensive customization capabilities. Connectivity options are comprehensive, including CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG. On-chip peripherals include DMA and WDT, with 256KB of RAM. This device is supplied in a 900-FCBGA (31x31) package and is designed for operation within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 100°C (TJ).
