The AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ RFSoC XCZU48DR-1FSVG1517E is a System On Chip (SoC) designed for demanding applications. This device integrates a powerful quad ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ processor with CoreSight™ and dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 processors with CoreSight™. It features a substantial Zynq® UltraScale+™ FPGA fabric offering over 930,000 logic cells, clocked at up to 500MHz for the ARM cores and 1.2GHz for the FPGA. Connectivity is extensive, including CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG. Peripherals such as DDR, DMA, and PCIe are also supported.
