The AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ RFSoC XCZU46DR-1FFVH1760E is a heterogeneous System-on-Chip (SoC) combining a powerful processing system with a programmable logic fabric. It features a Quad ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ processor and Dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 processors with CoreSight™ for demanding control and real-time applications. The integrated FPGA fabric offers over 930,000 logic cells, capable of operating at speeds up to 500MHz for the APU and 1.2GHz for the RF data converters. This component is supplied in a 1760-FCBGA package. Connectivity options include CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG. Peripherals such as DDR, DMA, and PCIe are also integrated. This device is suitable for applications in aerospace and defense, wireless communications, and test and measurement.
