The AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ RFSoC series XCZU42DR-2FFVE1156E is a System on Chip (SoC) integrating ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ and ARM® Cortex™-R5 processors with a Zynq® UltraScale+™ FPGA. This device features a quad ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ with CoreSight™ and dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 with CoreSight™. The FPGA fabric offers over 489K logic cells, operating at speeds up to 533MHz for the processor cores and 1.333GHz. Peripherals include DDR, DMA, and PCIe, with connectivity options for CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG. The device has 256KB of RAM and operates within a junction temperature range of 0°C to 100°C. It is supplied in an 1156-FCBGA (35x35) package.
