AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC EG XCZU3EG-L2UBVA530E is a heterogeneous System-on-Chip (SoC) combining a powerful processing system with programmable logic. This device features a Quad ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ processor for application processing and a Dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 MPCore™ for real-time control. The integrated ARM Mali™-400 MP2 graphics processing unit enhances visual capabilities. The programmable logic fabric offers over 154K logic cells, allowing for extensive customization and acceleration of workloads. Operating frequencies are supported up to 1.333GHz for the processing system, with the FPGA fabric capable of operating at 533MHz. Connectivity options include CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG. This component is suitable for applications in automotive, industrial automation, aerospace and defense, and wired and wireless communications. It is supplied in a 530-FCBGA (16x9.5) package.
