The AMD Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC EG XAZU2EG-1SFVA625Q is a System On Chip (SoC) featuring a heterogeneous processing system. This device integrates a Quad ARM® Cortex®-A53 MPCore™ with CoreSight™ for high-performance application processing, alongside Dual ARM® Cortex™-R5 with CoreSight™ for real-time control tasks. A dedicated ARM Mali™-400 MP2 graphics processing unit is also included. The programmable logic fabric offers over 103,000 logic cells, enabling extensive customization. This SoC operates at clock speeds up to 1.2GHz for the application processors and 500MHz for the real-time processors. Connectivity options include CANbus, I2C, SPI, UART/USART, and USB interfaces. Peripherals such as DMA and WDT are also present. The device is housed in a 625-FCBGA (21x21) package and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
