Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. Alpha IGBT™ AOK20B120D1 is a 1200V, 40A insulated gate bipolar transistor designed for high-power applications. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-247-3 package, offers a maximum power dissipation of 340W and a continuous collector current of 40A, with a pulsed current capability of 80A.
