Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. Alpha IGBT™ AOD5B65N1 is a 650V N-channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 10A continuous collector current (Ic) and a 15A pulsed collector current (Icm), with a maximum power dissipation of 52W. The low on-state voltage (Vce(on)) of 2.5V at 15V gate-source voltage and 5A collector current contributes to efficient operation.
