Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SRFET™ AON7788 is a 30V N-Channel power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. This component features a low Rds(on) of 4.5mOhm at 20A and 10V Vgs, enabling minimal conduction losses. The continuous drain current is rated at 20A (ambient) and 40A (case) with a power dissipation of 3.1W (ambient) and 36W (case). It includes an integrated Schottky diode for improved switching performance. The device is housed in a compact 8-DFN-EP (3x3) package suitable for surface mounting.
