Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AON7452 is an N-Channel SDMOS™ MOSFET designed for efficient power switching applications. This component features a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 100V and offers a continuous drain current capability of 2.5A at ambient temperature and 5.5A at case temperature. With a low on-resistance of 310mOhm at 2.5A and 10V, and a maximum power dissipation of 17W (Tc), it is suitable for demanding thermal environments.
