Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. presents the AON7446, an N-Channel Power MOSFET from the SDMOS™ series. This device features a 60V drain-source voltage and offers a continuous drain current of 3.3A at ambient temperature (Ta) and 8A at case temperature (Tc). With a maximum power dissipation of 3.1W (Ta) and 16.7W (Tc), the AON7446 is packaged in an 8-DFN-EP (3x3) surface-mount configuration. Key electrical specifications include a low Rds On of 145mOhm at 3A and 10V, a gate charge of 5.3 nC at 10V, and input capacitance of 285 pF at 30V.
