Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AON7414 is an N-Channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This device features a 30V Vds rating and offers a continuous drain current of 12.5A at a 1A/mm² thermal resistance (Ta) and 20A at a 1A/mm² (Tc). The AON7414 exhibits a maximum Rds(on) of 15mOhm at 8A and 10V Vgs.
With a low gate charge of 22 nC at 10V Vgs and input capacitance of 595 pF at 15V Vds, this MOSFET is suitable for demanding power conversion circuits.
