Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AON7403 is a P-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage and offers continuous drain current capabilities of 11A at ambient temperature and 29A at case temperature. The AON7403 exhibits a low on-resistance of 18mOhm at 8A and 10V Vgs, with a maximum gate charge of 24 nC. It is packaged in an 8-DFN-EP (3x3) surface mount configuration, suitable for high-density board designs.
