The Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SRFET™ AON6796 is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 30V Vds rating and offers a continuous drain current of 32A at ambient temperature and 70A at case temperature. With a low Rds(on) of 3.9mOhm at 20A and 10V Vgs, it delivers efficient power handling.
