Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AlphaMOS AON6752 is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This component features a 30V Drain-Source Voltage (Vdss) and offers a continuous drain current of 54A at ambient temperature and 85A at case temperature. The low on-resistance of 1.7mOhm at 20A and 10V gate drive is achieved through advanced MOSFET technology. With a maximum power dissipation of 7.4W (Ta) and 83W (Tc), it is suitable for demanding thermal environments. The AON6752 is packaged in an 8-DFN (5x6) surface mount configuration and includes an integrated Schottky diode for enhanced performance.
