The Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AON6576 is a N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This component features a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 30 V and offers continuous drain current ratings of 26 A at ambient temperature (Ta) and 32 A at case temperature (Tc).
