Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AON6554 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-performance applications. This device features a 30V drain-source voltage rating and a continuous drain current capability of 36A at 25°C ambient or 85A at 25°C case temperature. With a low on-resistance of 2.9mOhm at 20A and 10V gate drive, it minimizes conduction losses.
