Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SDMOS™ AON6444 is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for high-performance power applications. This device features a 60V drain-source voltage rating and offers a continuous drain current of 14A at 25°C ambient temperature, scaling to 81A at 25°C case temperature. The ultra-low on-resistance of 6.5mOhm is achieved at 20A and 10V Vgs, enabling efficient power delivery. The AON6444 supports drive voltages from 4.5V to 10V and has a maximum gate charge of 96 nC at 10V. Input capacitance (Ciss) is rated at 5800 pF maximum at 30V. The component is packaged in an 8-DFN (5x6) surface-mount configuration, suitable for demanding thermal management. Maximum power dissipation is 2.3W (Ta) and 83W (Tc). This MOSFET is commonly found in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics power management circuits. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
