Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AlphaMOS AON6266 is an N-Channel 60V MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This component features a low Rds(on) of 15mOhm at 20A and 10V Vgs, ensuring minimal conduction losses. The device offers a continuous drain current of 13A at ambient temperature and 30A at case temperature, with a maximum power dissipation of 5W (Ta) and 38W (Tc). The AON6266 is housed in a compact 8-DFN (5x6) package for surface mounting, suitable for applications requiring high power density. It supports a wide gate drive voltage range from 4.5V to 10V, with a maximum gate charge of 30 nC at 10V. Input capacitance (Ciss) is rated at a maximum of 1340 pF at 30V Vds. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, this MOSFET is ideal for use in automotive, industrial power supplies, and DC-DC converters.
