Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AlphaSGT™ series AOL1454G is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 40V drain-source voltage and offers continuous drain current capabilities of 25A at ambient temperature and 46A at case temperature. With a low static drain-source on-resistance of 5.9mOhm maximum at 20A and 10V, it minimizes conduction losses. The UltraSO-8™ package provides excellent thermal performance, with a maximum power dissipation of 6.2W (Ta) and 52W (Tc). Key electrical characteristics include a gate charge of 30nC maximum at 10V and input capacitance of 1480pF maximum at 20V. The AOL1454G is suitable for use in automotive and industrial power management systems. It is supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging.
