Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AOL1426 is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This component features a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage and supports continuous drain current of 10A at ambient temperature and 46A at case temperature. The AOL1426 offers a low on-resistance of 10.5mOhm at 20A and 10V gate-source voltage. It is suitable for operation with gate drive voltages from 4.5V to 10V and has a maximum gate charge of 28 nC at 10V. The input capacitance (Ciss) is a maximum of 1452 pF at 15V.
