The Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AOD492 is an N-channel SRFET™ MOSFET designed for demanding power applications. This component features a Drain-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 30V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 85A at 25°C (Tc). With a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 4.4mOhm at 20A and 10V, it offers efficient power handling.
