The Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AOD4182 is an N-Channel SDMOS™ power MOSFET in a TO-252 (DPAK) surface mount package. This device features a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 80V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 8.5A at ambient temperature and 53A at case temperature. The on-resistance (Rds On) is specified as a maximum of 15.5mOhm at 20A and 10V gate-source voltage. Power dissipation is rated at 2.5W ambient and 100W at case temperature.
