The Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AOD4182 is an N-Channel SDMOS™ power MOSFET in a TO-252 (DPAK) surface mount package. This device features a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 80V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 8.5A at ambient temperature and 53A at case temperature.
