Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SDMOS™ series N-Channel Power MOSFET, part number AOD4180. This TO-252 (DPAK) surface-mount device offers an 80V drain-source voltage and a continuous drain current of 10A at 25°C ambient, scaling to 54A at 25°C case temperature. Featuring a low on-resistance of 14mOhm maximum at 20A and 10V gate-source voltage, and a maximum gate charge of 38 nC at 10V. The AOD4180 is suitable for applications requiring efficient power switching in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
