Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AOD418 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) of 30 V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 13.5 A at 25°C ambient and 36 A at 25°C case temperature.
