Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AOD4146 is an N-Channel MOSFET from the SDMOS™ series. This device features a 30 V drain-to-source voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 15 A at ambient temperature (Ta) and 55 A at case temperature (Tc). The maximum power dissipation is 2.5 W (Ta) or 62 W (Tc). It offers a low on-resistance of 5.6 mOhm maximum at 20 A and 10 V Vgs. With a gate charge of 42 nC at 10 V and input capacitance of 2440 pF at 15 V, this component is suitable for various power switching applications.
