Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SDMOS™ series N-Channel Power MOSFET, part number AOD4124. This device features a 100V drain-source breakdown voltage and supports a continuous drain current of 7.5A at 25°C ambient and 54A at 25°C case temperature. The AOD4124 exhibits a maximum on-resistance of 21mOhm at 20A and 10V Vgs.
