Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AO4720 is an N-Channel SRFET™ MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This device features a 30V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 13A at 25°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 3.1W. The low on-resistance specified at 11mOhm maximum for 13A and 10V gate drive voltage, coupled with a maximum gate charge of 30 nC at 10V, facilitates efficient switching performance. The AO4720 incorporates a body Schottky diode, enhancing its robustness. It is housed in a standard 8-SOIC package, suitable for surface mounting.
