Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SRFET™ AO4718 is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 30V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) capability of 15A at 25°C. The AO4718 exhibits a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 9mOhm maximum at 15A and 10V gate-source voltage (Vgs). It integrates a Schottky diode for enhanced performance. With a gate charge (Qg) of 32nC maximum at 10V and input capacitance (Ciss) of 1950pF maximum at 15V, this MOSFET is suitable for power switching and management circuits. Packaged in an 8-SOIC format, the AO4718 supports efficient surface mounting. Its robust construction allows operation across a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
