Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AO4712 is an N-Channel SRFET™ MOSFET designed for efficient power switching. This component features a 30V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 13A at 25°C. It offers a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 14.5mOhm maximum at 11.2A and 10V gate-source voltage. The AO4712 includes an integrated Schottky diode within its body.
