Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AGD8136A is a 6-channel, high-side and low-side gate driver featuring non-inverting inputs. Designed for IGBT gate driving, this device operates with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. It supports a high-side bootstrap voltage up to 600V and provides peak output currents of 200mA source and 350mA sink. Typical rise and fall times are 125ns and 50ns, respectively.
