Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SRFET™ AON6978 is a dual N-channel MOSFET array designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This component features a 30V drain-source voltage rating and offers continuous drain currents of 20A and 28A at 25°C, with respective maximum power dissipations of 3.6W and 4.3W. The asymmetrical configuration and low Rds(on) of 5.7mOhm at 20A and 10V Vgs are optimized for demanding power management solutions.
