The Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. SRFET™ AO4932 is a dual N-channel MOSFET array designed for demanding applications. This 30V device features a continuous drain current capability of 11A and 8A for its respective channels, with a low on-resistance of 12.5mOhm at 11A and 10V Vgs. The logic-level gate enhancement simplifies drive requirements.
