Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AO4801 is a dual P-channel MOSFET array designed for power management applications. This component features a 30V drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 5A (Ta) at 25°C. The device exhibits a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 48mOhm maximum at 5A, 10V. The AO4801 is housed in a surface mountable 8-SOIC package and supports a maximum power dissipation of 2W (Ta).
