Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. AO4612L is a dual N-channel and P-channel MOSFET array with a Drain to Source Voltage (Vdss) of 60V. This device offers a continuous drain current (Id) of 4.5A for the N-channel and 3.2A for the P-channel, both measured at 25°C ambient. The AO4612L features low on-resistance (Rds On) of 56mOhm at 4.5A, 10V for the N-channel and 105mOhm at 3.2A, 10V for the P-channel. It is packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) for surface mounting and supports a maximum power dissipation of 2W. Gate charge values are 10.5nC (N-ch) and 20nC (P-ch) at 10V. Input capacitance (Ciss) is 540pF (N-ch) and 1120pF (P-ch) at 30V. This component is suitable for applications in power management and general switching.
