The Allegro MicroSystems A1145LLHLT is a unipolar Hall effect switch designed for demanding automotive applications. This SOT-23W package device functions as a current source output, sensitive to a South pole magnetic field with a typical trip point of 6mT and a release point of 1mT. Qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, it operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. With a supply voltage range from 3.5V to 24V and a maximum supply current of 17mA, the A1145LLHLT is suitable for various automotive sensor applications where reliable magnetic field detection is critical.
