Allegro MicroSystems ULS2067H-883 is a quad PNP Darlington switch array designed for demanding applications. This through-hole component, housed in a 16-CERDIP package, features four PNP Darlington transistor pairs capable of handling up to 50V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and 1.5A collector current.
